One cooperation work with Prof. Minamisawa at Tohoku University and the core lab of NanoSIMS, Academia Sinica. We found the first in vivo evidence for the co-occurrence of methane oxidation-nitrogen fixation in a single bacterial cell in rice root.

Congratulations! Finally our 7-years study has been accepted. The work is to test the hypothesis of Functional Redundancy of microbial community in which we conducted in situ empirical experiments to test the hypothesis of Functional Redundancy. The conclusion of this study is that functional redundancy is dynamic in a given microbial community, and we propose a new hypothesis, most of microbial community should be dynamic partial functional redundancy.
