Loading the boat for sample collection_Mongolia_2013
We moved the boat to the lake bank.
Congratulations to Mr. Yu-Hsiang Chen and Miss Ching-Yun Huang. Two papers have been accepted as follows:
Ching-Yun Huang, Jiang-Shiou Hwang, Hideyuki Yamashiro, Sen-Lin Tang, 2021, Spatial and cross-seasonal patterns of coral diseases in Taiwan’s reefs: High prevalence and regional variation, Diseases of Aquatic Organisms, accepted.
(This is the first coral disease survey in Taiwan!)

(This is the paper to introduce a hybrid sequencing approach, illumina and nanopore sequencing methods; we used the datasets of Lake Shunet, Siberia)
Congratulations to all the authors! We have another four papers published recently. Here particularly would like to point out a paper (Yu-Hsing Chen et al., Environmental Microbiology, 2021) which has been conducted more than 10 years and finally was published. It is really exciting!

Congratulations! Finally our 7-years study has been accepted. The work is to test the hypothesis of Functional Redundancy of microbial community in which we conducted in situ empirical experiments to test the hypothesis of Functional Redundancy. The conclusion of this study is that functional redundancy is dynamic in a given microbial community, and we propose a new hypothesis, most of microbial community should be dynamic partial functional redundancy.
